FOUNDER

I’m Ditya Das, founder of Mission Pawssible — a youth-led initiative dedicated to rescuing, treating, and raising awareness for street dogs. What began as a personal effort to help strays in my neighborhood grew into a structured mission, and in 2022, I launched the Pawsitive Club at DPS Bangalore North, now home to over 100 passionate volunteers. Together, we’ve built a strong network of students and community members committed to feeding, treatment, fundraising, and creating lasting change for animals. I believe change begins with compassion, and through Mission Pawssible, I hope to inspire others to take their first step toward a kinder, more responsible society for all.

Leadership Team

Our Leadership Team is the driving force behind Mission Pawssible’s vision and impact. From strategy to storytelling, they ensure every campaign, rescue, and event runs seamlessly. This group includes our Social Media Head, Team Leads, Outreach Coordinators, and Creative Producers — each bringing unique skills, creativity, and dedication. Together, they inspire action, strengthen community connections, and make sure our mission reaches as many hearts (and paws) as possible.

My lifelong love for animals is what drew me to Mission Pawssible. What started as a personal passion has evolved into a meaningful journey — giving me the chance to take part in rescues and provide care for stray dogs who need it most.As Social Media Head, I focus on creating content that not only raises awareness but also tells our stories in a way that connects with people. Whether it’s managing our online platforms or promoting fundraisers and events, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful communication can drive change.This role has been more than just a responsibility — it’s been a learning experience, shaping my skills in leadership, collaboration, and advocacy, and helping me grow into a stronger and more empathetic voice for those without one.
